The impact-resistant ceramic two-in-one composite wear plate is a composite of alumina ceramic and rubber. The alumina wear-resistant ceramic is vulcanized (inlaid) in a special rubber at a high temperature to form a ceramic rubber wear plate, which is worn in the equipment. The liner is then bonded to the inner shell of the equipment using a high-strength organic binder to form a strong, cushioned, wear-resistant layer.

Ceramic two-in-one wear plates come in two forms:
