The impact-resistant alumina ceramic rubber composite wear plate can be divided into two forms: an impact-resistant ceramic three-in-one composite wear plate and an impact-resistant ceramic two-in-one composite wear plate.
The impact-resistant ceramic three-in-one composite wear-resistant plate is a composite of alumina ceramics, rubber and steel plate. The alumina wear-resistant ceramic is vulcanized (inlaid) at a high temperature in a steel tank equipped with special rubber to form a ceramic rubber resistant The plate is ground to form an impact resistant and cushioned wear layer.
The impact-resistant ceramic two-in-one composite wear plate is a composite of alumina ceramic and rubber. The alumina wear-resistant ceramic is vulcanized (inlaid) in a special rubber at a high temperature to form a ceramic rubber wear plate, which is worn in the equipment. The liner is then bonded to the inner shell of the equipment using a high-strength organic binder to form a strong, cushioned, wear-resistant layer.
Ceramic two-in-one wear plates come in two forms:
1. The composite of alumina ceramics and steel plates is fixed by fixed head bolts or welded to the wear-resistant working surface of the equipment;
2. The other is a composite of rubber and alumina ceramics, which is adhered to the chute or the inner wall of the hopper by cold glue.
Which ceramic composite wear plate is selected depends on different transport media, different working conditions, different environments (temperature) and different wear conditions.
The specific indexes of the hardness and ceramic toughness of alumina wear-resistant ceramics in the national standard of rubber-ceramic composite wear-resistant plates are:
Wear volume ≤0.06cm3, bulk density 3.5g/cm3, Rockwell hardness ≥82HRA, Vickers hardness ≥8GPa, compressive strength ≥850MPa,
In addition, there are also requirements for the properties of vulcanized rubber, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, Shore hardness and elongation at break of rubber, and bond strength of rubber and ceramic ≥ 4.0 MPa.
